Mobile order entirely wrong. Ordered a burrito got a burrito bowl. Food is ice cold like it's been in a refrigerator. Ordered 1/2 steak 1/2 honey chipotle chicken and only got regular chicken. Employees were asked about other peoples orders being ready while they responded with an eye roll and walked away with 20 to go bags stacked up. Only 2 employees were doing anything while the other 6 stood around looking at each other. Absolute worst service I've ever received and an embarrassment
i LOVE this chipotle sm i come at least once a week since it’s so close to my job and it’s always so good and the portions are generous. the employees are exhausted and doing their best.
Great food and service.
Horrible customer service. I had a take out order and was trying to get a worker’s attention so I can pick it up without waiting in the long line. An older, bald male employee said something to me, so I told him I had a pick up order and told him my name. He proceeded to ignore me, walk away, start doing other stuff, and said something derogatory about me to another male employee working in the kitchen.
