Great food, fast and friendly service. Always a win for my family as we need gluten free for several of us.
I had a very disappointing experience at Chipotle. I ordered a burrito, but while making it, the employee spilled sauce all over the tortilla. The burrito became extremely messy and sticky, and she was unable to close it properly. Instead of making a new burrito, she added another tortilla layer and gave it to me. I did not want to give a totally bad review, but I must say, the cilantro lime sauce was way too hot! I like a little heat, but not to the point where my mouth is still burning after 5 minutes and a glass of milk. I was not given a receipt on my to-go order. Not sure I will return to this location right away….
Ordered a taco, pickup was at 11. I went there at 11:25 and it wasnt ready. great guy who made my order tho. Reason-"i am sorry we dont have soft tortillas in stock"
Chips are constantly stale. The workers seem to be very stingy with portions. If you have to get chipotle from this poulsbo location do not do the drive through because they will cheap you out on your order.
