Well, here’s my “side” of queso. Then, after checking the food in the drive thru (after waiting 25 mins post getting an app notification it was ready) the bag felt unusually light — checked & I had to ask where the sides of rice were for the kids meals because both didn’t have their sides. What the heck is going on here?!
Best chipotle, has greatly improved since opening
Friendly staff, good food. I pre-ordered as pick-up which was available it just wasn't on the shelves. I assume they possibly have issues with people taking the food possibly. But a very kind employee saw me at the shelves and asked me my name then promptly grabbed my food for me. For how busy they are, it does feel pretty cramped in there but we did find seating.
Huge thank you to the Poulsbo Chipotle team! The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming throughout our fundraiser. We’re especially grateful for their kindness and generosity in supporting the Kitsap Ospreys Baseball Club and our young athletes.
I have never seen restaraunt employees move so slowly. One girl helps everyone and nobody jumps in to help out even when the line is long. Restaurant is dirty, slow, and most of the staff looks blatantly miserable. Clearly needs new management.
