The tortilla maker has been out for 3 weeks and there has been many times where I come and they are out of rice or chicken. Otherwise pretty solid

This place is constantly out of chicken or sour cream, or other ingredients. Of course there’s no way to know until after they’re already making your food. They don’t offer you a discount, even though you went there wanting something completely different. The staff can be extremely rude. The place is dirty. I don’t understand how this place doesn’t have a 1 star rating.
I came in on 09/01 at 9pm and there were plenty of employees, but the entire time I ordered and paid not a single word was spoken to me. I got eye contact and that’s it’s. I was prompted to retry my form of payment (it didn’t tap correctly) and even then no form of verbal communication was used. That’s not how service is supposed to be and quite frankly makes me want to never return to this chipotle again.
