I have been going to this chipotle weekly for the past 4 years and while the food is good and the workers are amazing, this summer #3 when you go inside on sweltering hot days during a heat wave and AC is not working!!! It happened in 2024, the AC didn’t work for weeks, then the same happened in 2025, and now I went in on a 100 degree day and year #3, AC is not working again. How can a person work there? Management sucks they need to hire more professional employees. Starting with the managers. Rude , poor food quality , little portions the worst
I've never reviewed a chipotle even when I've really enjoyed my bowl but this is one of the best chipotle experiences I've ever had. The staff was friendly (especially whoever was at the very front of the line starting my order) and made my bowl great. The food was hot and fresh. Very well run during lunch rush today which I know is usually hectic. Definitely will return, great experience I had to share

When you go in person, never a problem, but when you order online, it’s a complete joke or a portion. Bowl is maybe 1/3 of way full
