The staff are not friendly. Also, I was charged for something that I did not receive.
The worst part of this place is the staff. They work slowly and act like they don’t care. I walked in today and the store was completely empty. I went to the counter, and the three employees standing there looked at me without saying a word. They walked away, came back, continued talking to each other, and only decided to help me after about two minutes. The line area itself was also pretty disgusting. I do my best to avoid this place. Stopped for lunch and discovered a very poorly run Chipotle (management to blame, not staff). No cheese, no Coca-Cola, Diet Coke broken on only dispenser, no veggies for food, chips stale. Avoid this location, management needs to be replaced!!
Was hair in my food horrible customer service didn’t open when they were supposed to, and when I went to tell the manager about it because after I found my hair in my food, I decided to return it and ask for a refund She was extremely smug. Very rude made comment spoke over me was not apologetic and had a horrible attitude. If I could give this store, a zero I definitely want the food is never fresh. It’s always old and the customer service has to be the worst customer service that I have ever experienced in my life
