The staff is nice, the place is dirty, and they have 2 bathrooms and only allow customers to go in one which is messy and doesn’t even have soap. I don’t think they like to work, seems like they have plenty of employees in there that are capable of keeping the place tidy. Management must be checked out cause the staff isn’t on point. But the girl that made my quesodilla was nice.
By far, this is the WORST Chipotle I have ever eaten at in my entire life, and I’m a very frequent Chipotle customer. It was absolutely disgusting. I ordered a burrito bowl, paid for double protein, and asked for extra rice, and what I received was a ridiculously small amount of food. The meat was terrible quality and full of fat. I usually come to this Chipotle during my lunch break from work, and unfortunately, the wait time is usually my biggest grievance. But I already know I’m going to have a frustrating experience when the older gentleman is working the register. I’ve had multiple issues with him not knowing how to use the rewards system or redeem free food codes, and instead of trying to get help, he can come across really rude and dismissive toward the customer. Walked in 40 minutes before closing, they literally had no rice, no meat, nothing! This store is always missing main ingredients any time of the day too! Those people that are there seem to always work hard though and are very very kind but man..so disappointing. Probably understaffed 👎🏻
