Food was fine but place was mad dirty. Trash was over filled and tables were dirty. I regret buying a fountain drink as there were no drink options. No ice available and no chipotle drinks like the lemonade or agua frescas. Update 8/5: I really got to stop coming here because they girl who attended me did not fill up my bowl AT ALL. I also tried scanning my account l to use a reward before paying, and she told me to scan again just for it not to scan and having to pay full price even though I had a limited time reward.

I ordered chicken bowl and fountain soda. My order was supposed to be ready at 6:10pm, I came there, waited and at 6:20pm they told me they’re out of rice and would take another 20min. Plus their fountain was not working, they gave me a large cup without even letting me know they’re out of fountain soda, not even offering anything different to make up for it. Workers seemed so unbothered and didn’t care at all. Very bad experience

I just have to say it, this is the WORST Chipotle in all of Queens. No straws, no forks, skimpy on the portions, overcharging customers, there’s root beer soda in the coke zero, overall the vibes here were just sloppy and nasty, the food wasn’t fresh. By far the worst experience I’ve ever had with any Chipotle location, 0/10!
