Skyla had a TERRIBLE attitude! It's bad enough I had to wait 15 minutes before I even got to the counter, but to get attitude from Skyla at the cash register was ridiculous. If she was mad about being at work, she should have stayed home! The Bexley location was my go to because it was fast, clean and they were friendly. It has gone way downhill and whoever is managing this location should be ashamed of themselves! It is clearly mismanaged and Skyla needs an attitude adjustment!
Gets crowded
This location has lackluster and lazy customer service that consists of employees staring at you instead of them serving you and customers around you. Woes of the food industry aside, the workers at this Chipotle seemingly don’t care about their service to customers. I’ve been here over 30 times, and more times than not, I have to rudely interrupt the employees to get their attention let alone get my food order.
