Food has always been tasty here, but service is usually not great.
Literally 20/20 for late orders. It is completely impossible for this restaurant to have the order ready when the app says it will be. Whatever incompetence this is, whether store management or a crappy system, I dunno… but literally trying to make their customers mad.
This is the ABSOLUTE WORST experience I've ever had at any restaurant anywhere. And I've been to Russia. At 12:40pm: No white rice No black beans No honey chicken No barbacoa So, instead of a burrito, I decide to get tacos, since they don't need rice or beans. I get 4 pieces of steak on one taco, and three on the other two. I get probably 1/2 cup of sour cream and 1/2 cup of queso. Not by request.
