Dude who scooped my meat was awesome but I asked for a lot of pico and sour cream was given maybe 7 pieces of pico literally and a drop of sour cream very dry nasty bowl
The size of the portions were great compared to other Chipotle's in the Twin Cities. Multiple dirty tables that the staff never cleaned in the 30 minutes I was there eating my burrito.
I understand that restaurants can be short-staffed and that delays happen. That's actually why I intentionally arrived 20 minutes after my scheduled 7:50 PM pickup time. Unfortunately, my order still wasn't close to being ready. When I arrived at 8:10 PM, I was told there were three orders ahead of mine and that it would be "a good while yet."
