"I placed a scheduled pickup order through the app and arrived when it was supposed to be ready. When I got there, I was told my order had already been sent out. Instead of an apology, I received heavy attitude while an employee reprinted the receipt and had someone remake it. Once done, they just dropped the bag on the counter without saying a word. I'll say this, consistency wins and this place nails it every time. I do always pay for double meat so they aren't stingy. It's expensive but I get two meals out of one bowl so I look at it as paying for convenience.
I ordered my food through the app. Food was not ready upon arrival. After 20 minutes of waiting and being approached twice and asking twice about my order. I asked for a refund because my order receipt was still stuck to the glass and my lunch break was gone without enough time to get food else where. Do not order in advance through app. This was my first attempt to eat chipotle as my order even had the welcome chips and guac. Cherish food from here, cuz it is a two hour delivery to get it back home!! Sooooooo WORTH IT!!!
Chipotle never seems to have iced tea anymore. Impossible to determine when they do or don't when ordering online. Makes it a bit of a crapshoot
