I came to pick up my mobile order and was unsure if I just grab my order from the shelf or wait in line. So at first I head to the front of the line because i was going to ask the cashier if i could just grab it quick (keep in mind there was just one man in the middle of making his bowl with an employee and that was the line). 10:20 pm. They are out of White rain, tomatoes and guacamole. It's 40 minutes before closing.

This location is constantly out of products hours before closing time. If you cannot provide the services promised then just close earlier. They are also blasting music so loud i cannot hear the employees and have to yell to be heard. The staff has been increasingly rude. I will not be going back to this location again.

El día de ahora fui a comprar y a la hora de pagar la que está en cajera del turno de la mañana me salió muy pésima que hasta el cambio me lo iso tirado, y honestamente ese no es un buen servicio al cliente, espero tomen medidas en eso ya que si me salió a mí a si de pésima como no saldrá de pésima a otra personas, la comida estuvo súper buena pero menos el servicio a la hora de pagar
