My burrito came with extremely hard and undercooked rice!! nooooo and I tried calling to have it remade and pick it up but no one answered!! Double whammy oh well thanks for ruining my dinner after a long 12 hour shift in the sun!! Never going back.
Renee the cashier that took my order, she charged me for something that I didn’t even ask for in my bowl! Truly disappointed in the lack of communication between worker and customer. My husband as well ordered and received the same service, wrongly charged. Do better chipotle
