Food is always great. Some employees dont have the best attitude. Napkin and fork area is empty a lot.
Went to chipotle today I will say The food is decent, but the restaurant itself is so dirty. There’s food all over the floor, the tables are unclean, and the staff come off snooty I was also being ignored for almost 5 minutes before anyone even took my order. If those things were fixed, I honestly think this would be a great place to eat.
I remember when Chipotle was a real value. I eat at Chipotle less every year because not only are the prices rising each year but the serving size keeps getting smaller. For today’s order, the queso blanco only fills half the container. So half the chips you eat have no queso. We ordered 2 burrito bowls with double meat and all the fixings. These bowls are half full. Poor customer service. I was not greeted in a friendly manner. Noone smiled or appeared to be happy to assist me or even be there. Complete waste of time and money
