Looked online and they said close at 10. Got there at 9 and order a burrito. I asked for white rice and they said they don’t have any left and won’t make any more for the night. You don’t close for another hour, they should continue to make food until closing and the gentlemen helping me had terrible customer service. Very disappointed, came here often but definitely will not be coming back to this location.
you guys kinda screwed us over... chips were salty.. half our order gone.. when they remade it rice was sticky and hard... and yall forgot the pinto beans like 😭 also chips were supposed to be large and we got normal size.. smh also almost lost my keys in the parking lot... #noticing.. and the workers were running around the parking lot and im ngl i felt unsafe

My sister & I had an amazing first time experience @ Chipotle in Marina ! The entire team: Francisco, Able, and supervisor Maribel made my rice & bean bowl with love, just to my specification......DELICIOUS ! The team was cohesive, professional, and hard working. Maribel displayed leadership qualities that were impressive & teacher oriented ! We'll definitely be back at that location sooner than later !
