Best Mexican food in town.
I’ve been eating at Chipotle for years, so this was honestly a little disappointing. I simply asked for the guacamole to be on the side instead of inside the veggie bowl (since it’s already included), but the staff seemed confused by the request and tried charging extra for it. What surprised me even more was being told that I was the one confusing them… which honestly made the interaction feel unnecessarily frustrating. It’s not a huge issue, but a little more understanding and customer service would’ve gone a long way.
This chipotle is the worst! The costumer service is absolutely horrible, they are always rushing and seem to never have anything stocked. One time I went my fiance asked for some corn and with a blank stare the server said they were out, never asked the cooks in the back if they had anymore. As he was adding the additional toppings another server came out with more corn.
