I love coming to this Chipotle whenever I’m in Manhattan and normally have a good experience, but I was pretty disappointed with one of the employees during my last visit. The girl who initially started our order, who I believe had colored hair, came across as very rude and seemed irritated that we were there. She was very blunt when telling us they were out of queso and fajita veggies, was rolling her eyes, and overall made us feel like we were inconveniencing her just by placing an order. I have never had a Chipotle team go as above and beyond as this team did to accommodate my food allergy today. Not only did they change their gloves, they cleaned the space, used new utensils, and used unopened containers of ingredients to ensure food safety. This was outstanding service today and I am extremely appreciative of their dedication to excellence.
Been to this location 3 times now, 2/3 times i have had to wait over an hour from the original pick up time, extremely small portions and my order has been completely wrong and missing half of the things i’ve ordered (if your vegetarian they might give you chicken instead of sofritas). It appears they may be understaffed or just bad communication? They should really just turn off online orders if they are that behind as i heard a worker mention they were 125 orders behind!
