This Chipotle location is a disgrace to the Chipotle name. Nothing tasted fresh. The guacamole was brown, the rice was hard, and the chicken looked old and was dry. All the fountain juices were empty, and they didn’t even have forks. Seriously.... no forks? For goodness’ sake, send someone to the store. Customers should be able to expect fresh food and utensils to eat it with.
The female server/food preparer person was odd . She seemed to be annoyed to be serving us.. No eye contact and tossed our food around like she couldn't wait for us to be gone. There was a CONSTANT ringing coming from the alarm panel... Terrible! Place was a wreck.. Filthy! Three customers had to ask for napkins because the dispensers were empty.. we endured the ringing for 20 min... No one bothered filling the napkins or cleaning the absolute mess by the drinks fountain.
The drink i like was out. The sofa machine was just water. Oh the best part three bites and I have been throwing up. I wanted a meal for my drive east.....but something isnt right maybe the sour cream isnt the correct temp. But now its a 17.00 dollars loss. And me stuck with a bad taste. Wonderful. Very dirty and poorly maintained. The tables, floors, bathroom, counters, and trash bins were filthy, and there was garbage outside as well. The entire place needs a serious deep cleaning and better maintenance. Very disappointing.
