How do you serve severely undercooked rice.
Rude staff, licked sauce off her finger, messy restaurant, messy food. Found bits of other orders in my food.
What a joke. The chili lime chips are advertised in the store and there are bags on the shelf. However, I was informed that I was not able to purchase the chips because I didn’t order on the app. I can purchase on September 4. This is honestly the first time I’ve ever been blocked from ordering food that is available. I feel for the staff who are clearly informed that they must follow this ridiculous policy. I hope those chips that are only for select customers go stale.
LONG RANT.... Soooo, my husband and I were disrespected at another location and we left and came to this location. Explained EVERYTHING that happened at the other location and it was like night and day. We got to sample the choices. The station was clean. Food was fresh. Great portions and a complimentary drink for our troubles. We LOVE Chipotle and was craving it after a 5 hour drive to get to a doctor's appointment. So when we got our food, we decided to eat there.
