I genuinely don't like leaving horrible reviews. But I am forever done with this place. This is ridiculous. I honestly don't know how I ever tolerated these overly rice rolls. Went to the new place in niles yesterday. Yea it's wrap. Lol
I get off work at 10pm, so there aren’t a lot of food options to get something quick in Youngstown. I’ve given this Chipotle a good amount of chances, but every time seems to get worse and worse. My burrito or bowl is always cold and always has something missing. Whether it’s no sautéed veggies, different types of meats that are mixed, or a bowl or burrito that is barely full. This location is hit or miss, tonight was a big miss. No white rice, no steak ( had to wait which i was ok with) the card reader only tap to pay worked on my phone. No ice in the lobby ice machine. The coke was flat in the dining room. I tried to like my burrito but I just didn't. I already filled out the form.
Queen filled my bowl to the top. All the other chipotle locations need to start taking notes.
