What is it about this Chipotle branch in Nacogdoches TX? The rude, snobby, robotic presentation by nearly all the staff I've encountered over several visits is consistent. Portions are commonly light also, and if you politely question the staff about it, get ready for more attitude and bad energy from them. Writing, and calling to speak, with customer care does not seem to have had an impact on any of this. The employees are always nice and the food is always delicious! Even though I don't drink soda anymore I'm so glad they have Mr. Pibb!!
