Truly one of the worst chipotle I have ever been to. My first order, they had added tons of corn salsa to my meal when I had never asked for it, and it completely ruined the entire burrito. I gave them another try to give them the benefit of the doubt and this one was even worse. The rice was completely undercooked and very crunchy, making the burrito I paid $17 for completely inedible. Greetings, I am writing today in regards to my dad’s most recent experience at Chipotle on Wednesday, May 20, 2026 at exactly around 1:01PM. I placed an order for my Dad via Uber Eats. When my dad received his Uber Eats order at exactly 12:44PM, he examined his order and realized that the two burrito bowls that were ordered were completely incorrect and incomplete and when my dad went to the Woodmere location to rectify his order, his experience was extremely less than favorable. Went here today ordered two bowls online with two meats chicken & steak double meat. Pick it up and realize they had added extra sides which I didn't order okay. Got home open up the bowls one had corn and steak no chicken at all and the other had literally no steak and no chicken as well. This is ridiculous I'm letting everyone know if you order online check your food before hand. Paid full price for food and didn't get it.
This is by FAR, the worst chipotle I've ever been to. I'm upset at myself for even coming here again. I knew it was gonna upset me. Zero professionalism, zero customer service, no food, workers just standing around talking, using profanity out loud, this will for sure be my last time in this establishment until serious changes happen.
