There was something in my bowl that was definitely not food . Looked like a finger nail to me and I showed the lady and she told me it was apart of the chicken . It was definitely not but we can agree to disagree . A normal worker who’s trained in customer service should just give a refund but instead she looked at her coe workers and started talking shit . She than told me to “ relax” . Side note charged my for a burrito wrap I didn’t even get than didn’t refund me for that 😭

Asked for a steak burrito and got no steak. Went back up to the counter to ask about it and got told I probably didn’t ask for it (i did and was aware it was an extra charge). Somehow got charged $7 for the same amount of steak that would have been in the burrito. ??

the food and service here just keeps getting worse and worse. The food display is always messy, staff doesn’t handle food hygienically, tables are always messy. I saw staff member scoop food from the counter and into a pan then proceed to serve from that same pan. On several occasions I’ve been eating my food only to be met with huge lumps of rice. Steak is dry. It’s just getting harder and harder to eat here

Rude female at the counter I asked for a cup of water and she accuses me of lying and not being a customer. She could have simply asked for our receipt but nope she decided to say I’m a liar and to get out of her line.
