I just wanted to give credit, where credit is due to a couple of your staff This is my usual location. I get chipotle at least 1x a month. This experience was one of a kind. I did a mobile order, I went and picked up and drive away. I then get a phone call about 5-7 minutes after I left and shows up Chipotle on my card screen. The food tasted funky. It was not fresh. The chicken tasted like it was from 3 days ago. I ordered chipotle honey chicken delivery. 1. My tortilla for the taco was not heated up 2. Missing steak from the taco.I counted like 3 to 4 tiny cuts ( Not an exaggeration!) 3. Stale food that tasted like it was 3 days ( Inedible. Trashed everything) Do not go to this location!!
The staff act like they’re giving you their own food!!! I could ve counted the rice in my bowl !!
