Great spot located in Irvine spectrum with rude staff & disgusting atmosphere. Need to clean up the store….
No attention to detail whatsoever
Very busy spot, as you might expect at the Spectrum. The food feels fresher compared to other locations, which is no surprise given how high-traffic this location is
I'm honestly getting tired of spending $16-$20 on a burrito here and walking away disappointed almost every time. I understand food prices have gone up everywhere, but if prices are increasing, the portions should not be shrinking at the same time. The meat portions are tiny, the rice and beans are skimpy, and you constantly have to ask for "a little more" just to get a normal-sized burrito. Made an online order and couldn’t make any adjustments. I called five times to see if the could add a just a little bit of the red sauce instead of the whole spoon full. The hung up on me every time. They even left me on the line for a couple of minutes thinking that they hung up on me saw I was on the other line then clicked
