I was in town visiting family and grabbed a double chicken burrito bowl. The portion of chicken was so small, even though I paid over $3 for extra, and it was cold and burnt to a crisp. I got two bites in and couldn't eat any more. We were already on our way out of town or I would have gone back and let the employees know. The staff were extremely friendly, but the food was terrible.
I ordered chicken burrito and got steak. This is the second time tnis happened.
Always out of chicken and the drive thru line is soooo slow. They need new management or more employees. No reason to have to wait on chicken to be cooking every single time I order.
