I ordered a Chicken Bowl, but the first scoop of chicken was barely half a full portion. When I asked the server to add a proper second scoop to make it a standard portion, they ended up charging me $4.25 for "Extra Chicken" without even warning me. Getting charged extra just to get a normal amount of food is completely unacceptable. Very disappointing experience at this location.

Rude employees
Chipotle has really gone down hill. Due to labor shortages it looks like they hire anybody to work there now. Our bowls looked like a messy slop of tossed up food in a bowl. Rice, beans, protein it was a mess. People will go there anyways and they’ll know it. Over $50 for three bowls and two drinks.
