I ordered online and got the wrong food or they just completely made my bowl wrong. The label on the outside of the bag had my full name on it, and the label on top of the tin had my name and listed every single thing that I asked for on the bowl on the sticker. The contents inside the bowl were completely wrong. There was both types of beans and corn in it and I didn't ask for any of that. I asked for both chicken and beef and there was neither. Food is typical for Chipotle so this review is primarily for their service. Ordered pickup two weeks ago with six ordered each with different options/names assigned and they only marked three of the orders to know which was which. Ordered take out again for six separate orders and this time they did not mark any of them. That is the purpose of assigned names to each order. They also did not make orders correct with right ingredients in at least my order.

I placed an online order for a cheese quesadilla, but when I arrived to pick it up, I discovered it had chicken in it. I politely informed the manager at the register, but he immediately told me that I had placed the order incorrectly and refused to remake it unless I paid for another one. Since I had already paid and did not want the incorrect item, I was understandably frustrated.
