Once again, I'm reminded of why I stopped going to Chipotle in the first place. I haven't been in years. The amount of food in the bowl was great but it was extremely salty. The number of chips in the bag was pathetic. I could literally rip the chips like a fruit roll up some of them had no crunch. So yup…. I'm not going back
This place is a poorly run dump that needs to be bulldozed and replaced with something else. Heaven knows we need more variety than chicken places around here, but this place ain't it. Dining room was messy, with tables and chairs all being dirty, the dining area and kitchen had an abundance of flies hovering around, and the employees made it very obvious they didn't care. Disappointing experience at Chipotle. One employee seemed more interested in standing around and bossing other employees than actually helping customers. The restaurant was also out of several ingredients, which made ordering frustrating. Better leadership means leading by example and helping the team, especially when customers are waiting. Situations like this can hurt the customer experience and cost the business money when people decide not to come back.
only 17 chips when i paid $5 for it. the person in the window was extremely rude.
Shut this place down NOW!! Or get all new employees definitely new management. The manager is Trifling and unprofessional. Doesn’t know how to train her employees. Food prep is awful, they throw your food in the bowl with it hanging out. They do not wipe down any of the counters. Just food presentation is horrible. I’ll never go back again.
