Incredibly RUDE STAFF
Had quick good service
This Chipolte has not been great on numerous visits but today’s visit was by far the worst. Ordered take out and when I got there I had to say two different times that not all the food was there. Not to mention that what was in the bag was mismarked and looked like it has been smashed/thrown in there. The lids wouldn’t even stay on the food. I had to pull things out to fix them. Needs new management. We have an issue EVERY time we come here. They are usually out of ice, out of napkins, etc. We place a pick up order to beat the line but we end up waiting 20 minutes for our pick up order and the people that arrive after us end up getting their food before us. They have several staff working but only 4 out of 7 are actually helping the customers.
