like this has to be a joke. paying almost $20 for food. this is insane.
1 star for being unreachable. They have an AI answering machine who directs you (even if asking to speak directly to this store) to some offshore customer service center, no matter what you say, no matter if you ask for a live person. If I need to call you about my order, I should be able to, I promise you can handle talking to a live person.
The place was dirty. Tables and counters by food should be cleaner. I was surprised when I walked in. Location Merchant St, Winchester, Va
Complete filth on every table and the floor, the workers don't have time to clean because there is only 1-2 people making the food. Always a line out the door. I'm from out of town working here and have gone 3 times and its always the same. I think I'll take my business elsewhere.
