I have never had an experience like this at any other Chipotle. The staff was incredibly unfriendly and rushed the entire process. While ordering, they immediately moved my food down the line to the next person without even giving me an opportunity to ask for double ingredients. When we reached the toppings, I asked for cheese on both of my orders, and they immediately started packing them up—even though I wasn't finished and wanted to add more toppings. The food itself was good. But then I got to the chips. I love chipotle sm but yall these chips were STALEEEEEE. Like it was genuinely so bad. I was so sad cause I love the chips sm too.
This place needs new management! What was such a good place is so rundown now. Employees are on their phones and could care less about serving the customers
Employees are always nice but I tell you that place is dirty!! Depending on what food looks like determines what I order as some of it looks pretty old . I probably won't be going back anytime soon as I can't buy my food from a dirty establishment .
