Visited this location at 10:30pm on a Saturday night. Line was dirty, ingredients mixed together from sloppiness, out of critical ingredients. Food was not that hot and my chips were stale.
What exactly did I pay for here? I ordered a chicken quesadilla with fajita vegetables. Apparently the fajita vegetables were more of a suggestion than an actual ingredient because they were missing. Then I opened the quesadilla and started wondering if the chicken was missing too. There was so little chicken on this thing that I practically needed a search party to find it. I ordered a chicken quesadilla with fajita vegetables and apparently Chipotle has introduced a revolutionary new concept where you pay for ingredients and then they just don't put them in your food. The fajita vegetables? ZERO. Not one pepper. Not one onion. Nothing. Apparently they were there in spirit. Then we get to the chicken. Ordered on the app for pickup. Our burritos were about 2/3 the average size for Chipotle. Bananas in photo are medium size (plate is small). My mom’s was basically a little square, not burrito shaped. We ordered 1 sofritas and 1 veggie burrito, and everything tasted good. Usually I can get 2 meals out of a Chipotle burrito, but not this time.
