Whoever is on prep is not following the correct recipe or something because the food doesn’t taste right… also if the cilantro is dark in the rice, that probably means you should make some fresh rice…. I’ve ordered online from this location multiple times and the food doesn’t taste good…

This place is ALWAYS out of something... The lobby is not well-maintained (would never dine-in)... the staff is a mixed bag... some are really attentive others act as though you have interrupted their day.. food is ok depending on when you go... some of the items look like they have been there for weeks...
I've been a loyal customer for a long time, but the service and quality continue to decline. If they don't care about running a business properly, they should just close this location.
Ran out of all the stuff I want. Horribly ran establishment. Fire everyone
