Don’t bother ordering delivery. Don’t bother dining in. Don’t bother getting to-go here. Just don’t waste your time. Flavor was bland. Chicken was DRY. Rice tasted old and some of it was hard… barely any lettuce... Barely put sauce in there. The portions were TINY. Wasted money on 4 bowls, and one taco order. Good food
Ordered on the app and got in the drivethru 15 minutes later, waited in line for 20 minutes and was asked to go back around the drivethru (insane). Went inside instead and have been standing here now for over 30 minutes while I watched 30+ people walk up and order and leave with their food. Still standing here as I write this waiting for my food and asked them twice now about to go off
This place and the chipotle app is rage bait. I pulled up in the chipotlane to pickup my order. The girl looked inside and took out my chips and started shaking them back into the chip bin. When I got home I had 9 chips. I contacted support in the chipotle app and the Ai bot transferred me to an agent (which took 10 mins) and then when the agent asked what was wrong I told them I only got 9 chips and after 20 minutes they never responded to me. Short blonde gal made my food tonight. I paid double for extra chicken and she insisted this was double chicken. She threatened to charge me triple. Really tired of the poor customer service and rude attitude. Please stop overcharging your customers for a clear lack of what they asked for.
