Can be hit or miss depending on who's working the pickup counter. I ordered large chips along with my bowl through the app and didn't get my large chips. A lot of the time portions are very small, but it also comes down to who's working the counter. Pickup orders also tend to be very late sometimes, one day my pickup order wasn't ready until 20 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. Staff seems friendly though.
Walking in I see the cook was back there eating out of a plastic container as well as was the manager there was no white rice or brown rice the white rice was rushed cooked so it was overcooked or not enough. It was wet lookin like soup so I asked them why it was that wet. They stated that I could eat it or leave please don’t go during Night Shift.
