I’ve gone to this location twice in the last 3 weeks and the chicken has been awful both times. I figured it was a one off the first time because I’ve never had an issue coming here. Today was no different than last time though. The chicken tasted burnt but also didn’t seem fully cooked all the way. It was so bad to the point I had to pick out ALL of the chicken and ate some of the rest.

2026, July 14th, 12:02 pm - They did pretty good today. I was picking up for an Uber delivery. They followed their own rules by placing the delivery bags on to the pick up shelf. Sometimes you have to ask for the order. Maybe it depends on the day? I usually don't like having to tell them how they should be working as their job is already described in the app. I have eaten here before and the food is good as well.

Came in from NYC to bring my son to UB orientation and decided to grab a bite before going to our hotel. Upon walking in, we were told there is only tufu and and barbacoa. The African American girl noted 8min for chicken, after waiting for almost 20min , we learn no honey chipotle chicken. The place was absolutely filthy and both young ladies there are actively wipikg down with soiled rags, while there's still food items near the dirty areas wiped. We walked in and there were 4 people ahead of us. We waited for 15 min and no one ahead of us had been completed. There was not one clean table in the restaurant and no one was eating inside the restaurant. The prep station was disgusting, food everywhere. Once the line moved and we could see the prep station, we left. Very disappointed.
