By far the worst Chipotle I have been too! Order from here frequently because it close to work and theres always an issue with the order. Missing items, ingredients not available etc. Just today ordered the quesadilla with the 3 included sides, a side of chicken and chips with queso. I picked it up at the window and knew the bag felt light. Should have checked before I left but had to get back to work. Only thing I received was the quesadilla, and that's it! Were out of most things. We're talking the basics such as rice. Also out of chips. Everything was dirty and not cleaned. No forks or other utensils. Soda was out, lemonades were out. All mid day. Then accidentally charged us almost double. I usually don't leave reviews but this is bad.

I think Chipotle is a great place to eat. The food here tasted good as usual, and the portion size for the chicken was accurate and fair, which is one of the most important things for me to chipotle to get right. There are a few things this restaurant can do to improve. Management, please take note of the following: 1- You had no forks, but tons of spoons. There is a Walmart across the street. I am surprised at some of the Google reviews on this chiptole. In my opinion this is one of the best chipotles I've gone to. I live nearby so I have been going to this chipotle regularly for years. I have never had any issues with rude staff or bad food. The bathrooms are always very clean, the only thing is sometimes tables get dirty if they are very busy, however it has never been that bad and they have been better about it recently I've noticed. Don't bother if it's past ~7 pm, it's fine otherwise before that. Staff is friendly. Seems more recently, but they are constantly out of multiple food items when you get there later in the evening. How do you run out of lettuce?
