Ordered online, order was missing 1 drink, 1 bag of chips, and the burrito was missing the meat product. Buritto also had solid chunks of avocado.
I've been a regular customer to this specific Chipotle almost weekly the last couple of months. I always do a mobile order. Today, June 8th, I ordered a veggie bowl and midway through eating it, I took a bite and tasted something very odd almost like chemicals. I spat it out and in the mix I found a bug. That is disgusting and unsanitary. I am not sure if something was done to my bowl or if the containers are not covered but that makes me not want to return.
Been trying for awhile to get my girl to give Chipotle a try especially the Chipotle honey chicken. We got there and they were out of the honey chicken but there was a whole bunch of it on the grill so I asked if I could just wait for it and they said there wasn't any lol. So we got a different protein and the guy acted shitty the whole time and gave her hardly no meat. We live nearby so we would've been regular customers but they blew it.
It is basically a Mexican fast food place but the food is delicious!
