Old lady that is serving the food is really bad and don’t know how to put the right portion
Staff are so rude . They don’t treat customers in respectful way. They don’t want to listen to customer choice. No value given always hurry in finishing the order. The price is high compared to other locations like Santa Clara and Sunnyvale . It’s 2 dollars more for same chicken bowl.
You guys should come up with some kind of uniform regulation for your prices! If a vinaigrette or other salad costs extra, let it be at every other Chipotle location! If I order the same thing for 2 years at different Chipotle locations and pay $13.50 for it, for what reason are you charging me $18 at this place telling me that the salad is an extra charge? Where does the unprofessionalism and incompetence come from in this Chipotle or all the others? If in all other places, fix this and make the vinaigrette paid everywhere!... read more
