I just wanted to leave a review for a kind employee at this chipotle. Her name is Gillian and she was very kind and intentional, even though it was really busy and at time she was alone putting the food together and at register. Even under stress and while the other employees were not that kind to customers, she was super professional and patient! Gillian gets five stars, but because of the long wait and overall bad atmosphere - 2 stars.
I want to give a shoutout to Jillian! Give this woman a raise! She was working so hard and nearly by herself the whole time we were there. She was patient and gave great service!
Im a picky eater so I dont get a lot on my burritos so I dont expect my burritos to be massive, but lately the size of my burritos has gotten smaller and smaller, I ordered light rice and about 80% of my burritos was rice, about three pieces of meat and the smallest amount of cheese and queso. Idk what changed if it was company policy or the lady thats been working there the last two times I went, but it sucks paying full price for mostly rice
This chipotle is by far one of the worst managed Chipotles I’ve ever been at. I am an avid Chipotle customer, and this one is closest to where I live. I have been there probably over 100x in the past year.
