I was trying to call to change the pickup time. I was stuck in traffic. I can’t get thru. This stupid automative answering service is terrible. Why do companies insist on allowing this kind of service with no way to actually speak to a human being. This is so frustrating.
I don’t know if something’s wrong with the online ordering service, but the order ticket didn’t even match the orders that were placed on the app. The burrito bowls that were received had a 1/3rd of the cardboard container completely untouched and all had the same items in it. They were all ordered with different ingredients.
All three of our app orders were wrong. Our bowls were really sparse with hardly any chicken and not what we ordered. Chips were broken and over-fried.
