These people just don't seem to care. Does anyone get trained here? Almost always cold, poorly prepared, sloppy food, no attention to any special requests with your order, and like others said, you can wait an unbelievable amount of time to even get greeted...and why are we playing full price for half-sized portions. Customer service is a living hell, I would just let this place disintegrate

Absolutely the worst chipotle. You could be the only one in the drive through and it can take you 20+ minutes for food that’s done. It’s the only place I’ve been to that struggles to give you a bag. The inside is disgusting and it’s this way definitely anytime from 3pm on. I used to think it was a fluke or a busy day but it’s been like this multiple times. I’ll never come back again

I just wanted to acknowledge James and the hard work and hustle I observed while waiting to place my order. The ingredients were running low, other staff members weren't available for whatever reasons, and the line was starting to get long. James took on several tasks alone, trying to keep the customers moving along, including prepping foods for refills. When something wasn't available on the line, no one helped him get the foods... James got it himself. Thank you, James, for doing your best.

My burrito had like 2 bites of meat and the rest was just rice?? Half way through i gave up and opened it, literally no meat.
