The girl who was giving out food at 6pm today (August 26) gives REALLY REALLY SMALL portions. Very upset as every time she is on shift she gives TINY portions. It was not just the meat that was SUPER SMALL portions—the beans, rice, salsa, guac, EVERYTHING was TINY portions. I was still starving after finishing the full entree. This is NOT the Chipotle people expect.

After six calls to corporate and other locations, I kept getting bounced between “call the store” and “call corporate” with no one actually solving the problem. Violet at the Lake City store was the first person who didn’t send me back into the loop, she put me on hold, figured out a workaround, and got our last-minute Seafair catering order taken over the phone. It’s rare to get someone who just owns the problem instead of routing you elsewhere. Huge thanks to Violet for helping us out!

I’ve gotten skimped on my bowl one too many times, resulting in this post. On 7/25/26 at around 7:20 pm the quiet guy in glasses working the line skimped me pretty bad. I track my nutrition and require 2950 kcal per day for maintenance, so when they skimp me for a wimpy 750 kcal bowl that I pay $13+ for, I find it pretty insulting. In the future, I will either be walking out if I see him working the line or having him make the bowl and walking out on it if I’m not satisfied with the portion size.
