Waited about 30 minutes because they didn't have any barbacoa ready, they had no meats ready really, other than chicken. Disappointing.
Awful! Filthy inside, rude staff, smells, and can’t get a single order right. I am done with Chipotle
The red oak chipotle has been inaccurate with my order quite often recently but this right here is terrible. I ordered pickup order for a burrito and somehow someone was not paying attention and gave me a bowl. This is ridiculous. I didn’t realize until I got home but the order should’ve been accurate where I did not have to check.
Absolutely ridiculous to spend almost $100 delivery for a burrito, bowl, and kids meal for every item to be wrong. I’m not sure if your employees don’t know how to read or you just enjoy losing money but either way it’s ridiculous. There needs to be a manager that checks 5th orders because this is the worst mess up on my order I’ve ever seen. Seems like no one is in charge or whoever is simply doesn’t care about wasting customers time and money. Thee food itself is not fresh and chips taste stale.
