After leaving the initial review the owner pretended to care and asked me to contact them via the official Chipotle sight, I did and here we are a week later...they are completely ignoring me, further proving that this branch has no interest in customer service or living up to Chipotle's so called "values." Staff is nice enough, but some rude managers at this location. They pulled a nasty bait and switch during the latest BOGO promotion and did not honor what was advertised. Interior was messy with no A/C.
Although we have had issues with online ordering before, this time mobile delivery arrived before scheduled time and was still warm. We got one bowl and a burrito.
