I was extremely disappointed with my experience. After paying over $45, plus the delivery fee, the food was a complete waste of money. When our order arrived, it was obvious the food had been sitting for quite some time. Both bowls were cold and soggy. To make matters worse, I found a hair in one of my bowls. After seeing that, neither of us felt comfortable eating the food. Taste different than the last time I visited
I’m currently sitting in this chipotle and I never write reviews. I had to write a review because the staff was so amazing and kind. They were efficient and fast, but still made sure every customer was taken care of appropriately. Restaurant was clean and stocked, and the staff were super friendly. I had to write this review right now so that the managers can see the staff that are working currently and please tell them they’re amazing! 10/10 for staff!
The workers are so rude. There is that gentleman, gets mad if you God forbid ask for something. All 3 of us had to leave without taking our food. Like so bad. He yelled at us. I wanted a double portion of steak and there were ugly burnt pieces on the bottom. I asked if they have more steaks, the guy cursed in Creole about it. Then my husband asked for jalapeno.
