First experience at Chipotle where we felt the vibe, this is the last time we come back to Chipotle 8/19/26. Plenty of staff and all were friendly. However, all empty tables completely a mess, if dining in, expect to sit at a nasty table or clean it yourself. Trash cans full. Ice machine broke, sodas from machine flat, food wasn't not very great. Nobody in charge managing and if they were, they would need some training. Bummer because this has always been our go to spot. food was freezing and i got there as it was being made, my burrito was freezing cold and the chicken was chewy and chunked, as well it took 30 minutes to get our food when picking it up
First time I had a meal that was all meat and no fat chunks left over that couldn't be eaten
