I liked the food , and the atmosphere was great
I came to this Chipotle for lunch, and as soon as I got in line, I noticed the apprentice, Nelsi Llerena, speaking to her employees with visible frustration and impatience. As a former Chipotle employee—and with my mom having served as a manager—I know the company's standards for leadership and customer service.
