The Chipotle lady asked if I wanted hot sauce in my pork bowl. I literally said, "NO I'm allergic." She went ahead and put it in there anyway. I told her again, "NO". She paused, apologized, and gave me the food anyways. I was so mad. I threw it out. I hate wasting my money, food, and time. The atmosphere here is so loud, chaotic, disorganized, and crazy.
Every time I go here I tell myself it is the last time because I always have some type of issue with getting basic, decent service. The staff always seem confused about who is doing what or how to ring up a simple order for a burrito bowl. They can't wrap a burrito if their lives depended on it, hence why I always resort to a burrito bowl. This past experience was probably my last at this location because of two things.
