Very disappointing portion sizes at the Warrenton Chipotle. I always order and PAY for double meat, but consistently receive what looks like a regular portion. If I’m paying extra for double meat, give me double meat - it’s that simple. I’m not sure if this is a management issue or how employees are being trained, but I don’t have this problem at the Bristow, Manassas, or Gainesville locations. This Chipotle is awful, and I wouldn't continue going if Warrenton had anything comparable, or if another location was convenient. However, it seems they know this and take advantage of it. The portion sizes are often laughable (literally). Many times I've eaten what is supposedly a double meat burrito, only to still be hungry and finish my daughters CFA nuggets and some fries. I placed an order online and I got there a bit after it was supposed to be ready and I asked for my order and they handed me someone else's order then I told them it was not my order and showed them my order and from what I understood they forgot to make it. So then they go ahead and rush through it so after all that waiting and the mix up on their end I get the smallest portions I've ever seen.

Asks for double meat, gets what would be a regular serving at other locations such as Fairfax, then stand there for a second, obviously pissed cause I’m being scammed out of a 20 dollar bill, then proceeds to move so fast like their closing when the store is still open for another 3 hours like such a shit location

Everything is too expensive these days for quality to be so lacking. Every time we order through the app here, they majorly skimp on ingredients. My husband literally ate half of a burrito from here before getting his first bite of steak in a STEAK burrito. There was so little in it, I actually filled out a survey. Turns out, that does no good because they don’t follow up. We won’t be going back.
