This chipotle was serving brown, day old guacamole. Shame! When the guac is this disgusting it should be free.
I’ve been ordering from this Chipotle for months and ever since the new staff replaced the old team, the experience has gone downhill. The portions are noticeably smaller even when asking for extra, and the customer service feels unfriendly compared to before. I asked one of the employees a simple question and got looked at like I was bothering them. The previous staff was always welcoming, respectful, and actually made customers feel appreciated. Staff friendly explained process. Food good. Mall atmosphere so it was busy.
They gave my by bowl and my rice was almost fully uncooked it was crunchy and it make the whole bowl taste bad
