2nd time trying this spot, both times food was horrible. completley messed up my gf order, and both orders were ice cold. 50 minutes before close as well.
Went through drive-thru today and the crew member was very rude. She had very bad customer service. I personally don't go to Chipotle very often and now I know why. Couldn't get a "thank you" or even a "have a nice day". We pay for our food we shouldn't have to feel some type of way because she wants to be rude. Seriously disappointed.
They had steak that actually looked good! It wasn't dry and looking like it's been sitting there all day.
When going to a chain restaurant you want consistency. Amherst Chipotle has it down. The crew was cheerful and pleasant to deal with. Offered ah honest opinion on a new menue item which helped make my selections. Food was exactly what I expected it to be with the addition of enjoying the new flavor. I visited at prime lunch time, so things were a bit busy and the dining area showed signs of use but not out of the ordinary. 8 out of 10 would recommend and a good example of a well run chipotle.
